Participant information

Participant name, date of birth, contact mobile, guardian details, location and uploaded photo may be collected for contest administration. Public pages display only the approved photo, public display name, age group and entry number unless the organizer explicitly publishes additional non-sensitive information.

Voting integrity

The platform stores a hashed device identifier and hashed network address for fraud review. These hashes are used to identify unusual voting patterns and are not displayed publicly.

Advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads where permitted. Retention and removal

Contest organizers should define a reasonable retention period for registration records and voting integrity data. A parent, guardian or participant may contact the organizer to request review of a published photo or account information, subject to legal and contest-administration requirements.
