How a contest works
The platform intentionally separates each stage so participants know exactly what is happening and voting starts fairly.
Contest setup
Admin creates the contest, age groups, cut-off date, registration dates, voting dates, rules and prizes.
Registration
A parent or participant signs in with Google, enters participant details and uploads one photo. Registration closes when capacity is reached or the last date arrives.
Verification
Moderators can review entries throughout registration. After registration closes, any remaining submissions are completed before voting begins.
Voting
When every submitted entry has been reviewed, voting opens automatically. One Google account can vote for one photo in each age group.
Integrity review
Suspicious voting patterns are flagged for administrator review. Only valid votes count.
Results
Voting closes, valid votes are ranked by age group, and the administrator publishes official winners.
