This platform is designed for organizers who want to run multiple photo contests without mixing registration, moderation and voting into one confusing process.
What makes the platform different?
Each contest is controlled by an administrator and follows a fixed lifecycle. Participants register first. Administrators then review submissions. Only approved photos enter the public gallery, and voting opens afterwards so every approved participant starts fairly.
Age groups are automatic
Participants do not manually choose an age category. The system calculates age from the date of birth against the contest cut-off date and assigns the correct age group configured by the organizer.
Public identity is limited
Public pages show only the approved contest photo, display name, age group, entry number and contest information. Contact details, full date of birth and guardian details remain private to administrators.
Voting is account-based
Google sign-in gives voters a stable account identity. The system also records privacy-preserving device and network hashes so administrators can review unusual voting patterns before publishing final results.
