Photo Publication & Takedown Policy
Submitted photos are private until an administrator approves them. Approval is intended to confirm contest relevance, apparent eligibility, consent declarations and basic safety standards; it is not a guarantee of copyright ownership.
Permission to submit
The person submitting a photo must have the right to use it. For a minor participant, the submitter must be the parent, guardian or another person authorized to provide the required consent.
What we avoid publishing
Public contest pages are designed to avoid full dates of birth, mobile numbers, email addresses, guardian contact details, home addresses and other unnecessary identifying information.
Report or removal request
Every approved entry includes a Report option. Legitimate concerns involving consent, privacy, copyright, safety or misrepresentation are reviewed by administrators. A reported entry can be hidden while the concern is investigated.
Emergency safety concerns
If a photo creates an immediate safety concern, contact the organizer directly through the Contact page and provide the entry number so it can be located quickly.
